New Patient Referrals

The orthopedic office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The telephone number is 307-265-7205.

Once your patient has been scheduled for an appointment it is important for them to arrive 15 minutes early. Additionally, if they have not been ordered Xrays they will likely need them in the office. We ask those patients to arrive 30 minutes early.

If you have any questions you can contact the clinic in regards to the Xrays that need to be done.

If your patients have lower extremity, shoulder, or spine problem please let them know that they will need to get into a gown. Alternatively, a patient can also bring a pair of shorts and this can obviate the need to wear a gown. Most hand problems do not require a gown but a loose fitting shirt is probably best.

It is very important for patients to bring previous Xrays from referring doctors. Additionally, we like to know the past medical history, past surgical history, medications, and allergies. It is often helpful to have this information in the referral letter since sometimes patients may not be able to relate the details of previous operations.

• Bring shorts or loose fitting shirt as needed
• Bring any previous documentation from other physicians
• Compile your past medical and surgical history
• Please review your medications and allergies
• Please arrive 15 minutes early or 30 minutes if you do not recall getting xrays
